“ First time here and I loved it!! The place is very cozy, and the food is delicious. The waitress was also great. The quality-price ratio is excellent. Definitely recommended. We'll be back! ”

“ A good business lunch with friends. We chose the executive menu, with three starters: a Manchego cheese croquette and candied pear, which was good; a brioche of pulled pork and pickles, with a contrasting flavor; and a cod scramble, piquillo pepper mayo, and sweet piparra pepper picada—a bit of a name for a scramble. For the main course, we chose between "Monkfish on a shrimp reduction and crispy potato," which I'm told was good, and "Rice with Iberian pork, artichokes, and spring garlic," served in a paella pan with rice barely a finger thick. The flavor was very good, and the rice was perfectly cooked. We paired the rice with a Javier Sanz Verdejo wine from Rueda. Recommended. For dessert, we had assorted bites in the center to share. Coffee and infusions were included. €25 per person. Good, recommended, good value. ”

“ A very good dinner. We'd never had a salad or lasagna like this before. The chef was very attentive to my girlfriend's allergies, providing peace of mind and professionalism. 100% recommended. ”

“ One of those coincidences: you're traveling from Castellón to Madrid and looking to make a pit stop in Valencia: a Repsol and lunch... well, what a coincidence. We ended up here unexpectedly, and we ate incredibly. The food was delicious, the service was excellent. We had two dogs with us, and we sat on the terrace with them, and they even got water for them. Very comfortable. We had croquettes, Senyoret rice, and French toast for dessert (incredible). Everything was really, really delicious. ”

“ My second experience at this new El Clot. This time, we ordered the set menu, which was definitely a success. It was like a "mascletá" of flavors with each of the starters. For our main course, we ordered creamy rice and finished with a selection of truly extraordinary desserts. To top it all off, we added a surprising and extraordinary torrija (French toast). Highly recommended. ”

“ A relatively new restaurant that we discovered thanks to TheFork and that pleasantly surprised us. Good service, with very nice complimentary fries and toast. Without a doubt, what we liked and were most surprised by, and what we highly recommend, is their potato salad with smoked eel and their patatas bravas. Although, to be honest, we still have a lot of their menu to try, but we'll definitely remedy that soon. Highly recommended; if you're from Aldaia, it's 100% worth trying. “ I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because: The service was excellent. The duck paella was excellent value for money. The presentation and quality of the cheeses were perfect. BUT I think it's a rip-off that a bottle of recycled water (from a dispenser) costs more than a soft drink. This means I'll definitely avoid this place on my next visit to Aldaia. ”

“ I followed a friend's recommendation and went with several friends for lunch, and the experience was definitely fantastic. The first thing we noticed was how cool the place is inside; it's bright and spacious, and has a pleasant decor. The staff who served us, specifically a waitress, was very friendly and answered several questions we had about some of the ingredients. Her service was excellent throughout. As for the food, we were first served a small open-faced sandwich with carrot and bacon cream that had a very pleasant, slightly oily flavor, five delicious ham croquettes, and some very tasty patatas bravas. For our main courses, we had a rice dish with foie gras, duck, and porcini mushrooms for four people, and a pork rib glazed with Manchego cream. Both were delicious, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. All of this was accompanied by two pitchers of very tasty white sangria. For dessert, we ordered four slices of French toast with mascarpone ice cream and a chocolate, mango, and passion fruit coulis dessert. The latter had an intense but delicious mix of flavors, and the former was also excellent, although it could have benefited from a sauce to add a touch more moisture to the French toast (I think white chocolate and vanilla would pair well with the ice cream), but it was still very tasty. The price was around €30 per person, not exactly affordable for everyone, but certainly not expensive for the quality of the food, and I think it's the perfect place to treat yourself and enjoy some great dishes. ”
